History of Business:
PrimePay was founded in 1986 by three founding members of Paychex. It was formed as a closely held corporation, based on the philosophy that a publicly traded company would be forced to focus on stockholders (raising prices and charging clients for additional services.)

PrimePay has grown to become the largest privately held payroll service in the country, with 40 offices nationwide servicing over 35,000 clients
